## What this site is

overdrafts.com is an information service. We are not a lender, credit broker or financial adviser, and nothing here is financial advice. We don’t arrange credit or introduce you to lenders, and we never take payment to rank a bank.

## Accuracy

Rates are checked every day against the banks’ own published pages and can change between checks. Always confirm with the bank before acting on a figure. Our method is set out on [the methodology page](https://overdrafts.com/methodology/), and corrections are logged permanently on [the changes page](https://overdrafts.com/changes/).

## Liability

We publish in good faith but accept no liability for decisions made on the strength of the figures here. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.
